Samsung Could Showcase Another 8MP Camera Phone at MWC

Leaks are all over the place with more and more handsets showing up. Samsung is going to go all out this year with yet another 8 megapixel camera phone (nothing official yet) that reports are saying is called the i8910. The highlight of this handset is that it has the capability to record HD (1280 x 720 pixels) video.



The i8910 will also feature -

* GPS
* Wi-Fi
* a 3.5mm earphone socket
* DivX playback Bluetooth
* 3G, EDGE/GPRS support

Screen size is something I’m sure we’re all wondering about i.e. will it manage to beat out the HTC Touch HD? It doesn’t seem to be larger than the Toshiba TG01 though but possibly as slim as both handsets. According to the same reports the handset would also be running on a Symbian OS with a Series 60 5th Edition UI and would be available in 8GB and 16GB capacities. No pricing is mentioned yet, but I’m sure come MWC we’ll get a better idea.
